Limited Lifetime Warranty
At WMB Windows, we are proud of the quality and workmanship of our windows and doors and are pleased to offer you the following LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. We are warrant our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship that significantly impair their proper operation for 20 years.
The lifetime coverage of this warranty applies to original owners of single-family homes and owners of single-family homes who purchase WMB Windows for remodeling or replacement. This warranty is to original purchaser for as long as they own and occupy their single family home for up to 20 years. In the event the original homeowner transfers ownership of the home, this warranty may be transferred to the new owner for up to (10) ten years from the original date of purchase. Any warranty claims will require proof of purchase and of continuous ownership.
Material and Components
WMB Windows warrants that the vinyl sash and frame members will be free from defects such as cracking, peeling, flaking, or blistering. Screens are warranted against defects in material for a period of one (1) year.
Every effort is made to ensure that your new windows and doors remain trouble free year after year. Of course, some items are beyond WMB Windows control and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not include
Components failure due to improper installation, application or use
Small scratches, marks, slight glass curveature or other minor imperfections in the glass or vinyl
Failures due to product modifications or window shading device
Water infiltration caused anything other than manufacturing defects
Normal wear and tear which includes natural weathering of exterior finishes including color finishes
Chemical burns / yellowing due to improper use of non-approved improper harsh cleaning products
Corrosion in highly corrosive environments
Damage caused by "Acts of God"
Incidental or consequential damage
WMB Windows at its sole discretion, reapir or replace free of charge, including parts and labor, any window or door proven to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
